Facility of storing money in small size (high denomination notes) makes it easy for corrupt people to store their wealth acquired from unethical means. Expenditure on election campaign by the candidates is another reason for corruption. A solution is needed for these 2 issues. Prior preparations are must to resolve these issues. I would take high denomination solution first.
Money transfer by cheque appears to be a good solution. However, arrangements are required for easy and secured transfer......

That’s because there is every possibility of your bank flouting those instructions and declaring your account as ‘ ínoperative’ without giving you any notice and even dishonouring your cheques issued on that account. So in order to protect your interests, you need to know what exactly the regulator says. First and fore.....

One of perennial sources of entertainment for all of us – a large group of six or seven siblings – was to read our father’s old dairies. They contained valuable data like: who called on us, trips & travels that my father or others made, events and their impacts, daily purchases etc. As a ten year old boy I learnt tha.....

It is observed that most of the citizens of this Democratic Country remain silent spectator of all ills penetrated by civic & government machinery against general public even after 60 years of freedom and giving Right To Information Act. No one bothers about dug up roads not being restored promptly and properly, though he also is a sufferer of such action, his children find it difficult to pass through such roads on bycycle for going to school, rickshaws, cars , buses in which he travels jump tw.....

Constitution Bench of Honorable Supreme Court of India in judgment dated 17th Feb.’1982 held that division of pensioners for the purpose of payment of pension into those who retired by certain date and those who retired thereafter, is both arbitrary and unprincipled and violative of Article 14 of Constitution . The argument that the cut off date had to be fixed in view of the lim.....
